Large Groups

It's not often you get pictures taken of you doing your job. Here's me mid-action organising a large group so hopefully everyone can be seen. It looks like conducting an orchestra or informally known as herding cats. However you like to name it, it's not an easy job, but I've learnt over the years people respond when you make it fun and have a bit of a laugh as you're sorting the group out.
